The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has released its Fiscal Year 2006 68th Annual Report to Congress.

Customs has issued its new Foreign-Trade Zone Manual. The final version of the manual contains changes that were never discussed with the NAFTZ. There are sections that are not correct. More information will be provided at a later date.
